From early childhood, we are taught stories of Jesus in Sunday School. As we grow, we seek to hold those stories together to gain a fuller picture of who Jesus is and the claim he makes on our lives. In Reach Curriculum’s “Jesus 101: The Word, the Son, the Risen Christ,” youth will meet Jesus anew as a full person who came to earth to embody God’s love in a unique and still-powerful way. As they encounter and consider Jesus as Word, Teacher, Healer, Servant, Risen One, and Companion, youth will gain fresh perspective on Christ as a guide and friend for their own journey through life.
Reach is a faith formation curriculum for youth in grades 9–12, designed to help young people explore the call of Jesus in every aspect of their lives. Each unit consists of six sessions on a biblical or life topic relevant to youth today. A FlexGen session is included in every unit providing youth an opportunity to interact and explore faith together with other generations.
