- The Shine webstore cannot process international purchases. Click for Canadian order info. Those from other countries can try the MennoMedia webstore to purchase Shine DIGITAL products. Credit cards need to process payment in U.S. or Canadian dollars.

Placing Orders
If you are a new customer, you will need to create a customer account WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.
If you are a returning customer, you will need to enter your account ID here and then order.
RETURNS
To receive credit (not including shipping costs), printed products must be returned in unused, original condition to the warehouse of origin by the date mentioned below. Please double check your packing slip carefully for the correct return location, and package materials carefully to avoid damage in transit.
- Dated print materials must be returned within 30 days after the beginning of the quarter of usage.
- Undated print materials may be returned up to 90 days following purchase.
- Vacation Bible School print materials must be returned no later than September 1. Boxed sets must be returned in complete, original condition to be eligible for refund; items from boxed set may not be returned individually.
- ALL DIGITAL products–including dated curriculum, undated curriculum, and MP3 music files–are NON-RETURNABLE.
SECURITY
This is a secure website and your account and credit card information will be protected. However, you are responsible for all activity that occurs using your account ID and password.
