Returns:
To receive credit (not including shipping costs), printed products must be returned in unused, original condition to the warehouse of origin by the date mentioned below. Please double check your packing slip carefully for the correct return location, and package materials carefully to avoid damage in transit.
- Dated print materials must be returned within 30 days after the beginning of the quarter of usage.
- Undated print materials may be returned up to 90 days following purchase.
- Vacation Bible School print materials must be returned no later than September 1. Boxed sets must be returned in complete, original condition to be eligible for refund; items from boxed set may not be returned individually.
- ALL DIGITAL products–including dated curriculum, undated curriculum, and MP3 music files–are NON-RETURNABLE.
